FREE SHIPPING

All Domestic (Continental U.S.) orders of $100 or more will be granted Free Shipping. Please refer to the "General Shipping" section for questions concerning processing and tracking of your order.

All International Orders shipping to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Denmark, Germany, Greenland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, or Great Britain will be granted Free Shipping.

GENERAL SHIPPING

Most orders will process and ship within 1 to 3 business days. Orders that contains items from multiple fulfillment centers may take up to 4 business days to process and ship.

You will receive tracking from sales@ethikNY.com once your order is fulfilled.

You have the option to purchase shipping insurance during checkout. Ethik is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments that are mailed to the address stated on your order.

International orders might be taxed by the customs agency of the recipients country. Ethik has no control over such taxes; however, we do our best to ensure the smallest chance of this occurrence.

In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use Route+ package protection at checkout.

*Claims for packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked "delivered." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

RETURNS | EXCHANGES

Proceed to the Ethik Worldwide Return Center to start processing your Return or Exchange.

Returns or Exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of receiving your order for and item of equal value or online credit, there are no refunds. All Items must be in sellable condition and have their original tags, to be eligible for an exchange or store credit.

Once items are received, a promo code will be issued. The shipping cost will be deducted from your promo code, unless it's an Ethik shipping error, such as wrong sizes, color and manufacturing defect.

Items that appear worn or are missing tags are not accepted for Returns or Exchanges. Mystery Boxes and Final Sale Items are also not eligible.

Product ordered online or credit issued may not be redeemed or exchanged in-stores, unless you have a physical gift card.
